Submit a new request for every event you have this year. NOTE: This request is for gift certificate donations only, ideal for a silent auction or raffle. Donors are giving to registered nonprofit organizations to help bolster the fundraising efforts of local charities in our town.Note: Please be sure there is no duplication of effort – that you are the ONLY contact person we have for this request, and that you have notified others in your organization that you have made this request, it helps us to receive only one request per event.
This service is intended for charitable organizations, if you are not a registered nonprofit organization, please state your special circumstances and we will broadcast your appeal as a special request using the information you have provided.

What Happens Next?
- Your event is now added to our master list and your request is broadcast. You should hear back from us via email within 6-8 weeks of your event notifying you of the donations you have received and how they can be shipped to you.
- These donations are given to you at no cost however, if we do not have a Donation Depot there may be a flat rate for shipping that is required to get your donations delivered to you. Printing is not done in New Mexico so shipping is either paid by the Donation Depot or by the organization requesting donations. Details will follow once we have determined the amount of donations you have received and the weight for standard postage.
Rush requests can be handled, we prioritize based on the date you give above. If this is a rush, there may be rush shipping costs applied.
